Healthier Sweet Snacks

If you’ve got a sweet tooth the size of Texas and know that you’ve got to have a treat on a regular basis, try these sweet snacks (see below) instead of the usual candy bar or donut. They’ll help quiet those sugar cravings, as well keep your diet on the healthier side.
Mini version of your favorite candy bar
Chewing gum
Low fat chocolate milk
Low fat hot chocolate (made with dark chocolate)
Sugar free hard candies
Low-fat granola bars
Chai tea
Breakfast bars
Graham crackers
Whole wheat toast with fruit spread
