Exercise, the “Magic Pill”

Exercise does so many good things for you; it’s amazing! If it was sold in pill form, it would probably be taken every day by a lot more people! Too bad getting lean, fit, and healthy isn’t as easy as taking a pill everyday! The reality is we have to make the time to exercise, but that time is definitely worth it!
Listed below are the benefits aerobic and anaerobic exercises can give you.
Benefits of Aerobic Exercise (Cardio):
- Improves your mood
- Increases HDL, high density lipoprotein, (the “good” cholesterol)
- Decreases LDL, low density lipoprotein (the “bad” cholesterol)

- Better sex
- Loose body fat
- Improves how body uses glucose and insulin
- Decreases blood pressure
- Makes heart more efficient
