It is pretty interesting.  I suppose when breaking a habit, the general principles may apply to everyone, but the specifics may be slightly different for each individual.

		<description>Sometimes those small steps can be a challenge, especially if we're wanting to be rid of sugar dependency right away.  Taking it slower is easier for the body to handle and easier to commit to in the grand scheme of things, at least for me!  :)</description>

		<description>I like the emphasis on taking small steps at a time.  Sometimes even if we think we're ready to eliminate something completely, it backfires on us.  Much better to take it slow and focus on the long-term.</description>
