Are You Army Fit?

You’re pretty fit if you can pass the Army’s physical fitness test with flying colors! No matter your age, if you're in the Army, you have to do this test at least twice a year. Talk about incentive to stay in shape!

The test consists of:

Push-ups for 2 minutes
Sit-ups for 2 minutes
2-mile run

You have to do them in this order and take no more than a 20-minute break between each category.
