Jagdu,
You could experimenting with green tea - sweeten it with honey, add lemon, mix it with milk, try a different brand, etc... There is also the option of green tea pills which you could find at a health food store.
If you've given green tea the old 'college try' and still absolutely can't stand the taste, I say don't torture yourself! Just skip green tea completely and focus on eating other healthy foods.

I just can't stand the taste of green tea. Do they make a concentrated form that I could just drink like medicine?

Oh, I love both White and Green tea. I agree that the Japanese have it down to an art. I haven't tasted Green tea here like what we had when we lived over there!

Sagan,
Yes, I've tried white tea. I like it very much. It has a very mild taste.
Good suggestion about the timing! Thanks! :)

Tea is amazing! Have you ever tried white tea? I've heard that it's even better for you than green tea is (and it's super tasty).
PS you might want to wait about an hour between that breakfast and the mug of tea, or the tea might interfere with your bodys absorption of the nutrients in the food you're eating:)
