Happy 1st Day of Spring, everyone!
Did anyone see the moon on the horizon this morning? Wow!
I wanted to take a picture and even had my camera with me in my backpack (How's that for timely)! ...BUT I decided it was better if I paid attention to driving on the expressway than trying to dodge cars and take a picture of the big, red-tinged moon at 70 MPH!!! Yikes!

such a great realization (well ALL OF THEM but Im thinking of one specifically)
I used to always tell my clients:
sometimes you have to indulge and EAT THAT TREAT.
of not (and if youre anything like the MizFit) you eat everything BUT and end up eating that thing/treat ANYWAY and 2000 calories later you think “now why didnt I just eat the poptart*”
