Any use of these substances is capable of resulting in a birth defect or a baby that is less than healthy. It is also important that you be careful not to overdo any physical activity during your pregnancy. Listen to your body all the time and do what your body is telling you to. You may not have as much stamina as normal during your pregnancy because your body is using many of its resources to care for your baby.
Take Care of Yourself
If there ever was a time for you to consider indulging in a little bit more care and pampering than normal, now is that time. This is one of the most important healthy pregnancy tips for you to consider. Because your body is going to require a sufficient amount of rest to nurture the life inside you, make sure that you are not skimping on your sleep during this period of time. Make sure that you are taking the time to exercise moderately such as evening walks around the neighborhood. This is going to keep you healthy and well during your pregnancy, preparing your body for all of the work involved in the labor and delivery.
