		<description>Great rundown of yoga props. I think that some people feel that they might be admitting weakness by having to rely on props, but they shouldn&#039;t. I&#039;ve been doing yoga for nearly 12 years, and still have a hard time touching my toes... so I use yoga blocks. I&#039;m not ashamed!
