It's a brand new day and a brand new year! Let's take this "clean slate" and live our lives as joyful, healthy, and productive as we can! :)

One of my personal resolutions is to forget past inadequacies and mistakes - to not dwell on them and let them get me down - but to move forward. Sounds simple, doesn't it, but I can be rather hard on myself. This resolution is a healthy goal for me.

One final motivational thought: Use each moment to the fullest because once that moment's gone, you can never get it back.
