It's a brand new day and a brand new year! Let's take this "clean slate" and live our lives as joyful, healthy, and productive as we can!
One of my personal resolutions is to forget past inadequacies and mistakes - to not dwell on them and let them get me down - but to move forward. Sounds simple, doesn't it, but I can be rather hard on myself. This resolution is a healthy goal for me.
One final motivational thought: Use each moment to the fullest because once that moment's gone, you can never get it back.
