Isn&#039;t that the truth!  The best ideas seem to pop up in my head when I&#039;m exercising by myself without music, TV, etc.  That or when I&#039;m between being asleep and fully awake!  
I just have to work on remembering the details of these grand ideas!  :)

I haven&#039;t tried the actually Core Secrets workout, but I&#039;ve used an exercise ball.  It&#039;s excellent for crunches - really targets the abs!

Most of the workouts are 20 minutes, long enough to help me get back into shape (post baby) and short enough that my children can survive! :-) The cd sounds wonderful - I can use all the motivation I can get.

You may not be doing what people call conventional exercises, but sounds like you&#039;re still getting a great workout... and creating fun memories in the process too!  :)
As far as exercise DVDs go, choose the one you will do regularly.  Usually that means picking one that you really enjoy.  A great place to start is your library.  The DVDs may not be the latest editions, but you will save money and be able to sample different workouts.  :)
