Hi my name is Keira. I took this blog over from Susan, who finished her journey here in August 2008. I am going to turn Nutrition Fitness Life into an all women’s health blog. I will cover six major categories:

  • Adolescence
  • Young Adult
  • Pregnancy/Motherhood
  • Adult
  • Mature Adult
  • General Health

healthThese categories will help break down information in such a way as to be relevant for each woman reading this blog. I will be covering exercise, diet, health, wellness, life and more.
